The company

introduction

Carpenteria Vitali was born in the ‘80s as a family run, artisan company thanks to Mr Franco Vitali’s will. He was specialized in metal machining.

As his son Sergio got into business, the company could increase the range of the services offered, entering the fields of construction and structural building.

Carpenteria Vitali is characterized by its versatility in the various working processes and it has been growing, adapting to the changing needs of the market and gaining more and more experience.

Thanks to its professionalism and to the quality of its products, Carpenteria Vitali is proud to work with a number of major customers in the automotive, electric power transmission and rail sectors, as well as with the local public bodies.

The main strength of our company is its versatility: we can produce small series of items as well as customized works, which are designed for single customers according to their needs.

Carpenteria Vitali can offer a wide range of services in the field of metal working, from cutting and bending tubes and profiles to assembly. Among the various services we can mention the welding of steelwork structures and of mechanical parts, the production of oil tanks and of road barriers.

In addition to structural works such as stairs or mezzanines, among our main products there are also fences, banisters and railings and gates in accordance to European standards. All these works can be designed according to customers’ specific needs.

We also offer an emergency service in case a lock needs to be changed and generic blacksmith services.

our Production Process

FLOW CHART

01

Purchase order processing

When we receive a PO, we check all the data and the relative offer, then we enter the job in the monthly planning. This phase of the production process is important because a well-organized planning allows us to better handle raw material supplies and to deliver on time.

02

Engineering

The engineer we work with provides us with the specifications concerning the steel grade of the material to be used for every single work and with the calculation report upon request. The executive designs needed for the production phase are developed in-company.

03

Production

This is the actual production phase, and it can be divided into different steps: cutting, drilling or bending (if needed) and assembly through welding (mig or mag welding processes).

04

Finishing

Surface finishing processes (like zincing or powder coating) are entrusted to specialized companies in order to supply customers with high quality products.

05

Installation

It is part of our job to install our products in the construction sites. Thanks to our pick up truck with mobile crane we can move the material easily, reaching further areas and this makes the installation process quicker.
